There have been times in my life where I dumped a lot of words on many pages and there have been times when I’ve come across my old journals and read them. I like to journal, it can be cathartic. There is so much you can learn when you look back and sometimes the insights we gain can be profound. It can be life changing. I speak about my experience with journaling and how it became a wake-up call to me some years ago and in the last few minutes I invite you to join me in a 30 Day One Circle a Day Journaling challenge. One circle a day journal 🦋🕉️💚 a 30 day challenge starting on august 1st. This requires 3 minutes each day for 28 days and on the final 2 days 30 minutes each day to tally and learn from your own self more about where you are at and even what you might want to improve on or disconnect from.
