On Journaling: and other constructive habits (summer rewind)
Even though we can learn lessons from the great tragedies of Shakespeare and other greats or even the great traumas and tragedies of our lives, we don’t require them to live our best lives.
There have been times in my life when I dumped a lot of words on many pages and there have been times when I’ve come across my old journals and read them. I like to journal, it can be cathartic. There is so much you can learn when, you look back, and sometimes the insights we gain can be profound.
