UPDATED Finally Restored [well that was a nightmare]
Paid subs have been restored. If you have any issues email me amy@themindfulsoulcenter.com
UPDATE TODAY MARCH 13TH: It has been 19 days plus more days prior to this post that substack cancelled everyone’s paid subs. They have corrected almost all of it today but there are still some errors.
UPDATE substack disconnected everyone's accounts more than 48 hours ago (that was in FEB) because they don't have enough people in support, they didn't read the initial support ticket request
IF ANYONE HAS PROBLEMS EMAIL me at amy@themindfulsoulcenter.com and I will get it sorted out. We can now finally get back to sharing content with you. Thank you for your patience.
Almost 24 hours 48 have passed DAYS AND DAYS HAVE PASSED and SUBSTACK has not yet been able to provide me with the help I need.
They have all the data they need, now we wait. Again my sincerest apologies for the delays. Unfortunately I cannot release new content until they fix this issue.
Let’s all hope for the best. Luckily I am data paranoid and made a back up of this site in January when backend problems started with their payment processor STRIPE. My paranoia is PRONOIA when the universe has your back when humans make errors. So again -
I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are a paid subscriber and want to access any of the articles your subscription will be reinstated when substack’s support team reconnects all the subscribers - will keep you posted - waiting on substack to fix this.
I am deeply sorry for this confusion but their support team made a grave error and we’re all paying for that right now.
Unfortunately a lot of tech companies think they can skimp on support, then everyone is overworked and errors happen because things aren’t getting done. Management needs to get it together. In reality this all started with a problem generated by a company they partner with since they are using only one payment processor. UGH. It’s really upsetting but I’m going to take this time to calm my nervous system and get on the mat. In through the nose, out through the mouth - deep breathes. Life gives us lemons sometimes so I am making lemonade.
.
If you come to this site and cannot get it, please email me and if you can substack as well with a copy to amy@themindfulsoulcenter.com Thank you for your patience and understanding!
